This website is operated by My Visible Changes. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to My Visible Changes. My Visible Changes offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly  to these Terms of Service.

Please read our terms and conditions carefully. Your use of the My Visible Changes website and purchase of our products on it means that you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1.1 When you place an Order for a Product in any of the ways listed above you are agreeing to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.

1.2 When you place an Order online we will send you and email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order. If a Product is not available we will endeavour to let you know via email.

1.3 My Visible Changes reserves the right to cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

1.4 All new Orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

1.5 We endeavour to ensure that all prices on My Visible Changes are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you have supplied us with. We will then give you the option of re-confirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.

1.6 Prices are quoted on My Visible Changes in UK Pounds Sterling – outside the UK your credit card company will charge you in your local currency at the current rate. Please note that both charges and refunds are in UK Pounds Sterling and My Visible Changes cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.


2.1 You must pay for your Order before it is delivered and you can do so by credit card, debit card, cheque, Postal Order or BACS. We regret that we cannot accept Visa Electron Cards on site.

2.2 If your delivery address is outside the UK and you order online you must pay by credit card.


3.1 Orders may be processed online or via email using a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta and Switch/Solo).

3.2 To ensure that shopping online is secure, we do not store our customers financial details. All credit/debit card are encrypted and processed via Paypal to ensure that these details cannot be intercepted by a third party.

3.3 Your credit card company may also carry out security checks to confirm that your order is genuine.

3.4 All Orders are subject to our own security and credit card verification procedures. My Visible Changes reserves the right to withhold any Order that has failed to be verified. Should there be any problem with verification of your card details you will be notified via email.


4.1 We endeavour to keep My Visible Changes  as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that a particular Product will always be available. If we are unable to supply a Product you will be refunded for it or offered an alternative.

4.2 All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a Product you have Ordered, we will notify you via email, where possible, and will either refund you for that item or provide you with further information regarding future availability.

5.1 My Visible Changes delivers to destinations inside and outside the UK.
5.2 Postage within the UK is charged per weight class.

International orders will carry a shipping surcharge of £11 - £15 (signed for package)

5.3 Orders are dispatched via Hermes. A signature is required so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your parcel.

5.4 Delivery times as follows: within UK 3 -5 working days, Europe 10 - 15 working days. Orders placed Sat/Sun will be dispatched on the next working day (excluding bank holidays).

5.4.1 Standard Worldwide delivery will cost £15.00 which will be a tracked and signed for service to your respective country.  Please allow 15 - 21 days for arrival in normal conditions.

5.5 We can only track orders sent via Hermes or Royal Mail.

5.6 We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on My Visible Changes but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

5.7 Please order from My Visible Changes with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as My Visible Changes cannot be responsible for this.

5.8 This does not affect your Statutory Rights as the consumer.


6.1 All content of this site, including text, images, source codes, logos, icons and photos and all other material, is the property of My Visible Changes or its content providers and is protected by the United Kingdom and international copyright laws.

6.2 The site is for personal use only and users may not exploit any part of the content in any way without the written permission of the copyright owner. All rights reserved.

6.3 Permission is granted to print and electronically copy portions of the My Visible Changes site for the sole purpose of placing an order with My Visible Changes or using this website as a shopping resource. Any other use of this website and its materials, including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, or republication without the prior written permission of My Visible Changes , is strictly prohibited.

6.4 My Visible Changes does not make any warranty or representation in respect of any other trade mark and the trade marks of the brands featured on My Visible Changes belong to their respective owners.
7.1 My Visible Changes is committed to protecting your privacy and promises only to use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998..

7.2 When you place an Order, we may ask you for certain information and you may submit personal data to My Visible Changes (for example your name, phone number, postal address, email address, contact and bank/credit card details). We may also record which Products you are interested in and which Products you purchase as well as customer traffic patterns and site use.

This information will be kept securely in accordance with our internal security policy and may be used to: a) process your Order b) provide you with an up to date, efficient and reliable service c) help to prevent fraud i.e. we check card details with our merchant card checking facility and reserve the right to refuse Orders on that basis d) open and run your membership e) provide a more tailor made shopping experience.

7.3 By making an Order and submitting your data you agree to this use.

7.4 We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

7.5 At no time will any information gained about you be passed on to any third-party for marketing purposes.


8.1 We have been told to point our clients to the distributor of said hair product and the the following addresses have been provided if you have a complaint with any of their products.

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase or have any concerns, please contact us by phone at 1-888-700-1817, or via email at info@moroccanoil.com within 30 days of receipt of product so that we can assist you.

8.2 Hairdryers

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of hair care products such as hairdryers once they have been opened and used. Again the distributor would guarantee this product of a minimum of 1 year and will provide a complete return form if requested.


9.1 My Visible Changes has endeavoured to make the descriptions (including all images) of the Products as accurate as possible but we cannot be held responsible for changes in Size, Content or Presentation of Products.

9.2 My Visible Changes will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet outages, communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

9.3 These Terms do not affect your Statutory Rights as a consumer.

9.4 Subject as aforesaid, to the maximum extent permitted by law, My Visible Changes excludes liability for loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss whether or not such loss arises out of any problem you notify to My Visible Changes and My Visible Changes shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to:
any incorrect or inaccurate information on My Visible Changes    ;
any interruptions to or delays in updating
My Visible Changes   ;
the infringement by any person of any Intellectual Property rights of any third party caused by their use of
My Visible Changes    or any Product purchased through
My Visible Changes   ;
any loss or damage resulting from your use of inability to use the
My Visible Changes    website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control;
any loss of profit, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from our error;
any amount or kind of loss or damage due to viruses or other malicious software that may infect a user’s computer equipment, software, data or other property caused by persons accessing, using or downloading
My Visible Changes , or from transmissions via emails or attachments received from
My Visible Changes all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms which but for this notice would have effect.

10. Liability
10.1 The My Visible Changes site is provided by us without any warranties or guarantees. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Internet. If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the My Visible Changes  we will try to correct them as soon as we can.

10.2 In particular we are not liable to you for the following:

11. General
11.1 My Visible Changes may change or withdraw any part of My Visible Changes, or may refuse you access to the web site at any time if we consider it necessary.

11.2 My Visible Changes may also terminate this Agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of My Visible Changes upon breach of any part of these Terms whatsoever.

11.3 Termination shall be without prejudice to My Visible Changes’s other rights.

11.4  My Visible Changes acts as a principal on its own account and not as an agent for you or any other person.

11.5 If My Visible Changes does not enforce any provision of this agreement such will not be considered a continuing waiver.

11.6 In the event that any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such part will at My Visible Changes’s option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties’ intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.

11.7 These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and My Visible Changes and may only be amended in writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other Terms or Conditions of contract proposed.

To buy from us we will need your full name, email address, contact phone number, home address, and shipping and billing addresses (if different) so that payments can be taken by your preferred method.  Saved card details will never be shared with third parties. We may also obtain information as a result of authentication or identity checks by 3rd party banks or card processing companies.

For sellers, we will need your full name, email address, contact phone number, home address and bank details for transfers.

My Visible Changes through myvisiblechanges.co.uk and our owners and employees may use your personal information for making and receiving payments and for managing your account.

We may also use your information to send you marketing updates, however, you can opt out from email and SMS marketing. We gather general information, statistics and site traffic, but your personal details will never be passed on to any third party. We may use personal information for internal marketing and demographic studies. 

Your personal information may be disclosed to a relevant national or international regulatory body upon written request.
